Minibus
When two families arrive together
Suited to: Several families, groups of friends, company teams of up to 14
From · one way €45
From seven people the van becomes a bus, and the booking becomes a planning job. We move groups of up to 45 from twelve airports at a fixed price for the vehicle — and track every arrival separately, even when the group is spread across four flights.
From seven people a van becomes a bus. The fixed price still covers the vehicle, not the head.

Groups larger than :n travel in several vehicles — send us the total and we will plan the split.
When a group does not arrive together, the real question is not vehicle size but waiting time in the arrivals hall. Up to about an hour apart, one vehicle is worth it; from two hours, two usually are. Each sub-group gets its own flight number so every arrival is tracked individually rather than against an averaged time.
Every class has a seat count and a luggage count, and they are the same number. The higher of the two governs: twelve people with sixteen items do not need a vehicle for twelve. With a group that mistake costs more than it does with a family, because it cannot be absorbed on the spot.
If the group is split across two or three properties, we plan the order in advance by route. Each additional stop costs €15 and up to three are possible. Give the properties in the order you want them served, or leave the sequencing to us.
People who arrive together rarely fly home together. Each departure time gets its own backwards calculation, and with several departures on one day that generally means several pickup times. Plan it at the same time rather than sorting it out in the last week of the holiday.
For a quote we need five details per sub-group: flight number and arrival date, the scheduled arrival time, the number of people, the number of luggage items where it exceeds one per person, and a contact person with a mobile number.
The last is the one most often missing and the one that helps most. With twenty people nobody rings twenty phones — the driver needs one number per vehicle that somebody answers. One contact per sub-group, not one for the whole trip: somebody still in the air cannot coordinate at exactly that moment.
What comes back is a fixed price per vehicle, not per person. Payment is to the driver on the day, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time.
Per vehicle. A minibus costs the same for nine people as for fourteen — it only goes up when the group is larger than the class holds.
Up to 45 people in a coach. Larger groups travel in several vehicles; send us the total and we will plan the split.
One booking per flight, each with that flight's number, so every arrival is tracked separately. Note in the notes field that the bookings belong together and we join them up at our end.
Yes — an additional stop costs €15, up to three per journey. Give the addresses when booking and we will plan the order by route.
No. Payment is to the driver on the day, in cash or by card if arranged beforehand. Nothing is charged when you book.
Send us the flight numbers, the headcount and the destination — you will usually have the fixed price within minutes.
