What we collect

When you book a transfer we collect what you enter in the form: your name, an email address or phone number, the travel date and time, flight number, destination address, number of passengers, chosen vehicle and any notes you add.

What we use it for

Solely to arrange, confirm and carry out your transfer, and to reach you with questions about the booking. Your flight number is used to look up the flight status and adjust the pick-up time.

Who sees it

The driver carrying out the journey receives only what the journey requires: your name, the pick-up time and place, the destination address, and a phone number for contact on the day. Nothing is passed on for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as the booking is being handled and thereafter for as long as commercial and tax record-keeping periods require. It is deleted after that.

Cookies

Unless you explicitly consent, this site sets a single strictly necessary session cookie and nothing else. It holds your progress through the booking form and protects the form against cross-site request forgery, carries no advertising or tracking identifier, and is deleted when you close your browser.

Web analytics (Google Analytics)

If you consent in the cookie prompt, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages of this site are being read. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Without your consent the service is not loaded at all: no connection is made to Google and no analytics cookie is set.

Once you consent, the cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier> are set, with a lifetime of up to two years. The data processed is pseudonymous usage data: the pages you open, an approximate location at country or city level, device type, browser, and the page you arrived from. Advertising features are not enabled; the advertising and personalisation signals are explicitly switched off.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies and stops the service loading on this device.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. An informal message to support@privat-flughafentransfer.com is enough.
