Contracting party

Transfer services are provided by Ali Tur Turizm Otelcilik Tic. Ltd. Şti., trading as Agne Tur Turizm travel agency, TÜRSAB certificate no. 2065.

Booking and confirmation

A booking sent through this form is a request. The contract comes into effect once we confirm it by WhatsApp or email. Until then you owe nothing.

Prices

All prices are per vehicle for the stated route, not per person. They include taxes, tolls, parking fees and waiting time caused by flight delays. There is no night surcharge.

Payment

Payment is made in cash to the driver on the day, or by card in advance if arranged beforehand. No payments are processed through this website.

Waiting time

For arrival transfers we track your flight and move the pick-up to the actual landing time; waiting time caused by a flight delay is not charged. For hotel pick-ups, 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed time is included.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. As nothing is charged at booking, there is no refund to process — the payment obligation simply ends.

Changes

Flight number, time, destination address and passenger count can be changed up to the pick-up. If a larger passenger count requires a larger vehicle class, that class's price applies.

Luggage

One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person is included, within the vehicle's capacity. Extra or oversized luggage must be declared in advance and can be added as an extra.

Child seats

Child seats are supplied on request for an additional charge. Please give the child's age when booking so the right seat is allocated.
