A planned arrival

VIP Airport Transfers

For an arrival that has to follow a plan, the difference lies not in the vehicle but in what was discussed beforehand. The VIP van carries up to six people in individual seats; everything else — stops on the way, who greets whom, what is waiting in the car — is settled before the day.

What comes with it

Included is what is included on every journey we run: being met with a name board in the arrivals hall, your flight tracked by its number, a fixed price that traffic, the hour or waiting time cannot change, and payment only on the day itself.

What the VIP van adds is room: individual seats rather than a bench, a high roof, and a boot that still closes after loading. Two people arriving with four cases and a suit carrier sit considerably better in a vehicle for six than in one for two — the headcount is not the argument here.

Met with a name board

Your driver is in the arrivals hall after baggage reclaim, holding a board with your name on it.

Flight tracking

We watch your actual landing time. If you are late, your driver waits — at no extra charge.

Fixed price up front

The price is set when you book. Traffic, a night landing or extra luggage do not change it.

VIP Van

The most-booked choice for couples and families

A high-roofed van with individual seats and a boot that still closes after a family holiday's worth of luggage. For most arrivals on the Turkish Riviera this is the right size — and it costs the same for four people as it does for two.

What to settle in advance

Four things can be agreed before the day and cannot be agreed in the arrivals hall.

Stops along the way

A florist before the hotel, a meeting taken straight from the airport, a second property for part of the group. Booked in advance rather than negotiated en route — and if a stop is time-critical, give the time and not just the address.

Who greets whom

With two vehicles it is worth settling in advance which name goes on which board. In a crowded arrivals hall that is the difference between an orderly reception and twenty minutes of sorting people out.

The name on the board

By default it shows the name from the booking. If the arrival is meant to be a surprise, or the host's name makes more sense, note that in the notes field.

What is waiting in the car

Usually arrangeable, but it needs notice and a specific request. For anything perishable it depends on the arrival time — at four in the morning the options differ from an afternoon landing.

Additional stop — €15

One more stop along the way, for example at a second hotel.

Supermarket stop — €15

A short shopping stop before the hotel — useful on a late arrival.

What it gets booked for

Two occasions account for most VIP bookings. The first is a honeymoon, or another occasion where the arrival is part of the day rather than merely the way to the hotel. The second is business travel, where it is less about the fittings than about predictability: a pickup that hangs on the actual landing without anyone having to ask, and a driver whose number is in your phone before you land.

When several people arrive on different flights the same applies as for groups — one booking per arrival, so each flight is tracked separately. For the journey back, more buffer rather than less is advisable, particularly when a commitment waits at the other end.

Common questions

What makes a VIP transfer different from a normal booking?

The vehicle is the VIP van with individual seats, and everything to do with the running order is agreed beforehand rather than sorted out in the arrivals hall: stops, the name on the board, what is waiting in the car. It is booked through the same form.

How many people does the VIP van take?

Up to six, with six pieces of luggage. Larger parties travel in several vehicles or in the next class up.

What does a stop along the way cost?

€15 per stop, up to three per journey. Book it in advance and give the address — for time-critical stops, the time as well.

Does arriving in the middle of the night cost more?

No. There is no night surcharge, on a VIP transfer either — the fixed price applies whatever the hour.

Do I need a separate booking for this?

No. It is the same booking as any other; anything particular goes in the notes field and we settle the rest by message.
