When two families arrive together
The minibus keeps a group together that would otherwise be split across two vehicles. Everyone reaches the hotel at the same time, the luggage travels with them, and it costs noticeably less than two separate transfers.

The step between a minibus and a coach
For groups too large for the minibus and too small for a coach. The midibus also reaches tighter hotel driveways that a full coach cannot — along this coast that comes up more often than you would expect.
