How and When You Pay for Your Transfer
Nothing is charged when you book. Payment is on the day, to the driver, or by card in advance if arranged beforehand. The amount is the one on your confirmation — extras included, with no supplements for the hour, the traffic or the waiting.
- At booking
- nothing due
- On the day
- to the driver
- Free cancellation
- 24 hrs
Nothing is due at booking
The form never asks for payment details, and nothing is pre-authorised or held. That is also why a cancellation here is not a refund process: up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time you can cancel free of charge, and the obligation to pay simply ends — there is nothing to reverse.
On the day
Payment is to the driver at the end of the journey. The amount is on your confirmation and does not move en route: not for traffic, not for the hour, not for the wait at baggage reclaim. Have it ready in as close to the exact amount as you can.
Prices on this site are quoted in euros. If you would rather pay another way, ask us before you travel — not at the vehicle, where it can no longer be settled.
By card in advance
Possible by arrangement, and worthwhile in two cases: business travel, where the traveller should not be out of pocket, and when you are booking for someone else and that guest should not be paying anything on arrival. Settle either before booking, not after.
What the fixed price already includes
- Taxes, tolls and airport parking — none of it is added at the end.
- Waiting caused by a flight delay. We track the flight by its number and dispatch against the actual landing.
- No night surcharge. Landing at 03:40 costs what landing at 13:40 costs.
- The whole vehicle, not a seat. Two of you or six in the VIP van is the same price.
- Luggage within the vehicle's capacity — one case and one piece of hand luggage per person; see how much luggage is included.
What is charged on top
Only the extras you add yourself in step two: a child seat at €5 a seat, extra luggage at €10 an item, a stop at €15, a wheelchair at €15 per booking, a shop stop at €15. Each appears with its amount on your confirmation and is paid together with the fare. The full list is in the price list.
With two journeys
Outbound and return are paid separately, each on its own day. That holds even when you booked both in one go — the return is two weeks later, and nobody pays for it in advance.
Common questions
Do I have to pay when I book?
No. Nothing is charged and nothing is held. Payment is on the day to the driver, or by card in advance by arrangement.
Can I pay by card?
In advance and by prior arrangement, yes. Settle it with us before booking — it cannot be arranged at the vehicle.
Are there extra charges at the end?
No. Taxes, tolls and parking are included, there is no night surcharge, and waiting caused by a flight delay is not charged. Only the extras you booked yourself are added.
Do I pay for both journeys at once?
No, each journey is paid on its own day — even if you booked them together.
